This automatic bagging and sealing machine is specially designed for the packaging of stacked sanitary pads, diapers etc products featuring stable operation, high packaging efficiency and excellent finished product effect. It adopts a temperature-controlled die head sealing system to ensure firm, flat and neat sealing edges without bag breaking or air leakage, realizing reliable and standardized packaging.
The machine supports semi-automatic operation with manual feeding of 6-10 sanitary pads per stack. The stacked products are conveyed by a buffer conveyor to the sensor detection position, which accurately positions the materials and aligns them with the bag inlet. Equipped with an automatic vacuum bag picking and opening mechanism, the equipment can automatically complete bag suction and opening. After the material pusher pushes the stacked sanitary pads into the opened pouch, the machine performs automatic sealing to finish the whole packaging process.
With a high degree of automation, this equipment greatly reduces manual operation intensity and improves packaging consistency.
